After story time at Borders and lunch at Jack-in-the-Box, Suzie (and kids) and Karen Olds (and kids) followed us to an awesome pool in Chandler (thanks to J’Nett who discovered it). The water was cold (and it was 100 degrees outside), but this place was so much fun! They had 2 waterslides for the bigger kids, a lazy river with clear tubes for you to sit in, a huge toddler area with 2 tiny slides and lots of ropes and levers to pull to control the flow of water shooting out at all angles, a LARGE bucket at the top that dumped water every minute or so, and an area for bigger kids to swim with a swirl pool they could enter and swim around in a circle. It was really cool! The lazy river was fun because at one place in it, there are 9 small buckets that randomly dump water on passing swimmers. Cason and I got it several times right in the face. He loved it! It was fun to watch Suzie go around with all 3 of her kids sharing the tube with her! Jacob loved the lazy river too! Cameron was excited to get to go on the waterslide all by himself! He and Channing went on the several times. Super fun time!
