One thing about our trips to Utah is that we really cram more into 1 day than is humanly possible. If it means we have to drive all over to see everyone, we do it. We’re usually so tired when we get home that we need a vacation from our vacation, but it’s always worth it because of all the fun we have seeing our family and friends!
We met Dacia and the kids at Chuck-e-cheese in SLC so the kids could play for a while. It was pretty much our only chance to get to see them because Dacia and Jonah were in a Stake Production of The Music Man showing at the Conference Center, so they were in rehearsals most of the time. We’re glad we had the chance to play for a few hours. The boys all get along well and they had fun eating pizza and playing games. Gr. Spann came with us (Bob worked at Pres. Dewitt’s).
Later that day we went to visit with Pres. Dewitt in the basement of his complex (he has a beautiful cat to which half of us are allergic, so we can’t go hang out in his apt.). He had fun meeting Caelyn for the first time and seeing how big the boys are getting. The boys like to go there to play with the pool table. (at least it kept them entertained while we talked and caught up).
