Well, we survived our move. Most of our stuff in in storage while we stay with Bob’s parent’s in Spanish Fork. The kids started school here after a week long ordeal of getting the necessary paperwork (what a nightmare). They all loved their teachers though, so it worked out great! So happy for that! We now get to spend lots of time with grandparents and cousins and aunts and uncles. The winter here in Utah was super mild and it only snowed a handful of times where it actually accumulated on the ground. We will call that our “easing in” winter after being in Phoenix for 12 years, snow is the last thing that we relish…
I took the kids to a model train show at Thanksgiving Point. We met our cousins and Gr. and Gr. Spann there, so it was lots of fun! We also had the Pine Wood Derby and Bob and Matt helped the boys make their cars (I swear the boys did help a little). The cars turned out awesome and Cameron’s took 3rd place in the Wolf den. Channing’s did well but he didn’t place. We later discovered that his car ran faster backwards…LOL!
The girls went to get pedicures, together. When was the last time this happened? Oh ya…never!
