Cameron Turns 4!

Cameron had a very fun 4th birthday yesterday. He has been asking for months if it was his birthday yet. He was counting the days! He was so excited to open presents, have a birthday cake and have his friends over.

He started his day with a yummy pancake breakfast with bacon and OJ. Then we took all the kids to Costco for our weekly shopping trip. (Poor kids). At 1 we went to a ward party which was very fun and Cameron was pretty excited about getting to go to 2 parties on the same day. After the ward party we went to Chuck E Cheese and played games for about 1 1/2 hours. The kids all had a blast playing skeeball and lots of other games. (I think this is what kids think heaven is like)! haha
We grabbed some KFC and went home to wait for our friends to show up for the birthday party. When they came we all enjoyed ice cream and a fabulous soccer ball cake (made by me....and if you think it looks like it took a long time....it did.....and my right hand still hurts from making all those stars on the cake)!
Cameron opened his presents in about 2 minutes flat. He was really excited! He got 2 shirts, a bubble shooter, a Diego bubble blower, a Diego rescue radio, a ball frisbee thing (you'll have to see it to know what it is - pretty cool), a balloon, 2 books, a flashlight, a check for $10 and a gift certificate for 1 pound of See's Candy (ya, he's super excited about that one)! He still has 1 present on the way - a tower for his train set. Happy Birthday Cameron!

Dang girl! I didn't know you had the cake-making skills!! Watch out, I'm going to beg you to teach me--better get used to that sore hand! Honesly, I can't believe Cameron is 4! I remember when we came out to visit you guys when you were pregnant with him. Wow, it's been a long time since we've been to AZ! Tell him that we all said HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
