One of our favorite traditions is the advent calendar. Each day one of the kids gets to pick a treat out of the calendar. Amazingly, I put all the treats in the first day and they only took them when it was their day! I love how they are growing up and understanding important concepts like taking turns!
Caelyn didn’t get a turn this year, but next year I bet she’ll love this tradition! I highly doubt we’ll be able to put the treats in the calendar on the 1st day and expect them to remain there!
